Calling our fellow DEVO and BEAVO parents in search of a fair, fun and reasonable accommodation for this year’s ski season and associated junior instruction programs. Stop driving back to the front range. Stay safe, warm and close to the mountain adventures at Vail or Beaver Creek.
Friends & Family Welcome
Visit the park as often as you or your friends and family wish throughout the season with unlimited overnight stays at our park. Forget the dorm-like ski-shares, drastically save on lodging and realize a home base for a fair, fixed monthly installment.
Frosty & Flexible
Unlike our traditional RV sites, the Season Pass offers full-transferability so you can extend an invitation to friends or family who may utilize your RV, or bring their own, while you're away. Caution...we fear they may overstay their welcome.
Limited Spots
Up to 10 season passes will be available for the 2023 - 2024 season. First come, first served.
No Commitments
Pass Holders are not forced to pay for the entire pass up front and are not obligated to stay the entire season. Stay as it makes sense.

The Fine Print
is Just Fine
Experience the first fully-transferable, all-you-can-stay RV Season Pass in the Vail Valley that offers unlimited overnight stays our park, November 20, 2023 - April 20, 2024.
Your Season Pass offers reciprocity to friends and family who may use your RV, or utilize their own at your designated site when you're away. You must "personally know" any such individuals to qualify for reciprocal pass usage.
All online promotion of your pass with the aim to monetize your site is prohibited. Pass holders cannot utilize any online travel agencies (OTAs), such as AirBNB, VRBO or Expedia, nor are you permitted to market the offering to a third party on an RV and/or campground-specific site, such as Hipcamp, The Dyrt or Craigslist.
Additionally, social media promotion aimed at 3rd party pass monetization is prohibited i.e., no Facebook and Instagram advertising, among others, to identify a 3rd party individual to rent your RV. This ensures the safety of our guests and the health of our property.
Two site types are available (Six Total Full-Hook-Up 30/50 AMP Sites, and Four Total Electric & Water Only) with unique rates ($1,200 vs $1,500 per month). WiFi is included in your rate.
