Yes, there is a private beach with river access located on the property for River Dance guests and residents.
Yes, Catch & Release fishing with a vaild CO fishing license, tubing, kayaking, SUPing, etc., are allowed from River Dance property.
Yes. These methods are preferred.
For nightly reservations, we offer full hook-up RV sites, water & electric only RV sites, electric only RV sites, and dry van/tent sites. For extended stays, application required, we offer full hook-up sites.
Currently we have shower rooms, bathrooms, coin operated laundry and frisbee golf located on property. There is also a beach and private river access in River Dance.
Yes, we offer dry van sites as well as electric/water only sites.
Yes, we have 8 dry van/tent sites currently on property with more planned in the future.
Yes, we are open year-round for extended stay and nightly reservations.

If you have reserved a full hookup site you may dump your tanks at your site. If you did not reserve a full hookup, we do NOT have a dump station on-site and you will have to go elsewhere.
The nearest public dump station is located at the Edwards Rest Stop, I70 exit 163. They are closed November 1 – April 1. Please verify hours and seasons of operation with them.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We accept checks and money orders; cash is not preferred. We have a drop box on site for payments, and they should be made payable to River Dance. ACH coming soon!

We currently offer a 10% discount to military and veterans with valid ID for our nightly reservations. We do not offer any discounts for extended stays or memberships at this time.
Nightly guests must have a heated hose to stay connected to the hydrant. If you do not have a heated hose, you must disconnect your water when not in use and overnight to prevent freezing. Fines will be charged if freezing occurs, so please be vigilant! Breakers and Hydrant Heat Tape must be left on at ALL times. Please see the River Dance Policies here.

If you are heading East we recommend the Edwards Rest Stop at exit 163. If you are heading West we recommend Costco in Gypsum or the rest area in Dotsero at exit 133. Please be aware that any parking at these locations is at Your Own Risk.

WiFi is included with nightly reservations and information is included in the reservation confirmation email. We have Wi-Fi available for a monthly fee for extended stay reservations.
Yes, up to two pets are allowed with nightly and extended stay reservations. Please see our policies here.
Per Town regulations for River Dance RV Park, only propane fire pits and propane grills are allowed and must be supervised at all times. No solid fuel fires (no wood, no charcoal, etc.). Please see our policies here.
Between June 1st and September 30th we have a dish washing station available for use (no food dumped in sink, please). The dishwashing station is closed between October 1st and May 31st for winter conditions. There are two trash dumpsters located on the property, please dispose of all waste in the provided dumpsters.
You must store any coolers and food within your vehicle overnight as this is an active wildlife area. Do not leave food or trash unattended at any time.
Please be mindful of other guests: time limit is 10 minutes, pick up all personal items, and please clean up after yourself so each guest may have a clean and fresh experience in our facilities.

We do not have a lounge at this time. Please enjoy our natural beach or one of our picnic tables down by the Eagle River. Keep an eye out for one of our female Bald Eagles that likes to hunt in the morning near the River.
No lifeguard on duty. Use of the river is at your own risk. Children should have an adult with them at all times.
Yes, there is a public bus stop located on HWY 6 in front of River Dance. To view schedule please follow this link https://coretransit.org/routes-schedules/valley-route/
There is a Ridley’s Family Market (grocery store) and Costco located a couple of miles away in the Town of Gypsum. There is also a City Market in the Town of Eagle, East of the park just off of I-70 at exit 147.
ATV’s, Side-by-Side’s, Minibikes are prohibited from use on resort premises. Please see our policies here.
Overflow parking is for River Dance guests and residents,only. No reservation required, but these lots are for extra vehicles, nothing else. No RVs/Trailers/Campers are permitted to be parked in overflow parking.
